Queensland, Australia Offers the Best in Fun and Entertainment

If you are looking for a great Australian experience, Queensland, Australia will offer you a once in a lifetime experience.  Queensland, the second largest and third most populous state of Australia, offers attractions for everyone.  Queensland occupies the northeast corner of the continent and is broken into many different regions, all of which offer something a little different to do.

Tourism accounts for a huge part of Queensland's economy, as millions of interstate and overseas visitors visit here each year. Queensland is made up of many types of terrain from sunny tropical coastal areas and lush rainforests to dry inland areas.

Queensland has numerous theme parks to offer.  However, the five major theme parks have given Queensland the title of "Australia's Theme Park Capital". 

    * Dreamland offers the best in fun for the whole family.  Dreamland also boasts the coolest kid zone in the world.  There is action packed fun for everyone at Dreamworld.

    * Wet n Wild is Australia’s premier water park.  This themepark offers fun and exciting activities for all ages.  At Wet n Wild you can relax and cool off or dive in head first with many water activities for the daredevil at heart.

    * Warner Bros Movie World offers one of the most unique experiences in the world.  Children and adults alike will get immersed in a movie fantasy world where you get to be the star.  Whatever you can imagine, you can do at Movie World.

    * Sea World is still one of the most exciting theme parks of all times.  Visitors will enjoy the huge variety of thrill rides, shows and attractions that Sea World has to offer.

    * Whitewater World was created by Dreamworld and is one of the most technologically advanced water theme parks in the world. Whitewater World also boasts all four of the coolest water slides on the planet.

There are so much to do in Queensland Australia that it would be impossible to list all of the places that you must visit while you are there.  However, here is a brief list of some to the places you should not miss.

    * The Gold Coast is one of Queensland Australia’s most popular tourist destinations. No matter what kind of activities you would like to do on your trip, chances are you can find it on the Gold Coast.  The Gold Coast offers not only luxurious beaches and the world-renowned surfers paradise, but it is also full of traditional attractions such as museums, theme and wildlife parks, golf courses and shopping malls.

    * For the urban city lover, Brisbane offers endless things to do.  Brisbane offers the best in local entertainment and sporting events, all in a relaxed sub-tropical environment.  Brisbane also offers tons of exciting outdoor adventures, from sailing to hot-air ballooning.

    * If you are visiting Queensland for the wildlife and numerous tropical wetlands, check out the Tropical North.  The Tropical North is a nature lovers paradise.  You can do everything here from visiting the Great Barrier Reef and tropical wetlands to numerous wildlife and national parks.  If you do any diving, this is the place you MUST come to experience the thrill of scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef.
